Kevin’s Story
Hello, my name is Kevin Hanna, and I am a sinner that was saved, by the grace of God. I had run my life into a wall. I did not know how to get around, or over that wall in my life. So on that cold January night in 1995, I fell to my knees, on my bedroom floor and cried out to God. “God, I have made a mess of my life, by doing everything my own way! If you would have me? I will serve you the rest of the days of my life!” I immediately felt, an indescribable weight lift off of me.
God gave me a passionate desire to get to know him better, by reading the Bible day and night. The words I was reading became alive! The Gospels in the New Testament showed me what Jesus did, is doing and finished. I understood what Jesus personally did for me. I realized that I had been on a highway to hell, and I would have gotten there to that place of gnashing of teeth, that bottomless pit where you never stop falling. To that lake of fire a soul cannot escape from, and the worms feed on your flesh continually. But, I can rejoice that Jesus interceded on my behalf, at just the right time and saved me, from my sins.
I would like to share some truth’s from God’s Word; ROMANS 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; JOHN 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. JOHN 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 1 JOHN 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleans us from all unrighteousness.
The one thing that I know for sure is; that it is all about Jesus! Every being; worships Him in Heaven! He is worthy of all praise and Glory! I know that my name is written in His book! We have a physical body and a spiritual body. I am determined that I need to feed first, and foremost , the one that will last forever. I Pray and fill up in God’s Word before I do anything at the beginning of each day. I need to practice what I am going to be doing internally, externally for eternity. I love the LORD with all my heart, mind, soul and strength. Next to Jesus I love my wife Becky, our children and family.
When Jesus adopted me as his own, I inherited an enormous family of brothers and sisters which continues to grow. My brothers in Christ are continually sharpening me on a daily basis. I am blessed beyond measure by the strong brothers, the LORD has blessed me with. PROVERBS 27:17 Iron sharpeneth Iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

I would like to close with the verse the LORD has blessed me with; HEBREWS 4:12 For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing assunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
