Who We Are:
- Fairfield Friends Church is a part of the Iowa Yearly Meeting of Friends Churches.
Friends Churches have been around for over 350 years. This church celebrated its
40th birthday in September 2000.
- Over the last 10 years we have become a melting pot of many different Christian
denominations. We have been able to unite together by stressing the three foundational
beliefs listed below and uniting together on our purpose.
What We Believe:
- In One God who eternally exists and reveals Himself in three persons: Father, Son,
and Holy Spirit.
- We believe the Son, Jesus, left His heavenly throne, was born a
man, suffered, died, and rose again, fully paying the price for our salvation, that
we might be restored to a relationship with God the Father.
- We believe in the authority
of the Bible as the written Word of God.
Our Purpose:
- Fairfield Friends Church exists to bring people into a relationship with Jesus that
changes the world around them.
